Wharf Terrace

Built in 2003 as a vicarage (100 years later than most of the terraces we work on) and as part of a large development, the property had zero potential for extending up, down or side ways. The only solution? Make the inside work harder.

With a layout arranged over three floors and centred around the staircase we thought lets build on the centrepiece and transform everything else. So everything apart form the stairs went out the window - literally. Each floor was redefined and reconfigured. A total overhaul of all the services was completed the functional central staircase became the show piece. The property includes a Star Wars museum… Next we’re building the music studio
